Step 1: Our first meeting
We'll sit down to discuss your ideas and questions. We'll also walk you through our portfolio and share the stories behind our work that interests you.

You'll come away with recommendations, options and a time for our follow-up meeting.

Step 2: Following up
New ideas and solutions emerging? When we reconvene, we'll incorporate these as we finalize design and/or construction plans.

Step 3: Budget and schedule
We'll meet with you to discuss the proposed estimate and project schedule. With your approval, Canal Group will proceed with finalized plans.

Step 4: On-site production
Once we obtain all necessary permits and other mandated approvals, our team begins work on the scheduled start date.

We make every attempt to maintain a clean, safe worksite and minimize disruptions to your daily life. We also provide you with regular updates. And you will always have someone to reach when you have a question.

Step 5: Project delivery
Prior to final cleanup, we lead you on a walk-through inspection to examine the work and ensure it meets your standards. We are not finished until you are completely satisfied.

Step 6: Evaluation and Project Lifecycle
If you ever need any kind of maintenance, advice or other assistance, Canal Group is just a phone call away. Time and again, we'll be in touch with you to make sure you remain pleased with the work.
